State Sales Tax

By law we are obligated to collect a regulated state sales tax where your billing address order is placed.

Refund Policy

Damaged goods: If your shipping container is damaged and results in damages to the interior contents, then your claim must be made with the shipper.  You must contact our office to assist you with this process and get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  Our email address is orders@SwimVideoCoach.com or you can call 858-886-9820 for customer service.

DO NOT CALL OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER.

We will need your name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number, approximate shipping date, and nature of the problem. For all our d/b/a outlets we will contact our fulfillment center after you contact us  to make the claim with either the UPS or USPS shipper.

We will provide you with the Return Goods Authorization number (RGA # ___). You will write that RGA # ___ just above the name and address of our fulfillment center. Please address and send all authorized returns to:

Be sure to place your personal return address on the shipping container also.

To assist our fulfillment center in identifying your return correctly, include on a piece of paper with the interior contents your name and address and RGA # and what went wrong in our duplication or printing process.

If the contents, book(s) or DVDs, are damaged and will not play, we reserve the right to replace the damaged goods upon receiving them back to examine our error and fix the problem.

All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

When we receive and inspect the damaged item(s), we will replace and reship at no additional cost to the buyer.

Not Allowable Returns for Refund

We do not allow returns for physical products unless they are damaged in shipment or through our duplicating processes.  We will not accept any return without a proper RGA number.

We do not refund downloadable products if they are found to be received.

For all our d/b/a outlet websites we provide accurate and ample descriptions of our products and services. Therefore,  If we determine that any of our products have been maliciously damaged by the buyer to obtain a refund, we consider this to be a fraudulent claim and will take action by not honoring the claim.   Then, if the buyer wants their product(s) returned, they can pay for the shipping in advance.

For all our d/b/a outlets and Trius Publishing, our parent company, we want to save more lives.  We are aware that DVDs can be duplicated by unscrupulous buyers.  Therefore, we will not accept returns for a full refund unless otherwise guaranteed in a sales offer.

Federal Copywrite Laws and Infringements

If we determine any organization or group has violated the law protecting our products, we will prosecute and let the courts settle our claim.  Express permission may only be granted in writing for the purpose of getting credit for content used.  But for anyone or any organization or group to claim our content is a part of their research and use at their own choosing would be false.

Our content is copywrited by date of publication, specific and unique in nature, and easily determined by the system and descriptive methods and cues we use to get our results.

Pricing and Shipping Policy

All our products and services prices are clearly marked in our Shopping Cart.  Our fulfillment center is in McHenry, IL northwest of Chicago, IL. We use the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for our shippers.

In our shopping cart, your freight F.O.B. from McHenry, IL to your Ship To domestic US address is added to your invoice in the cart before check out .  Canada and overseas shipments are also calculated accordingly.  Alternatively we may elect to add on to your invoice a flat fee for shipping and handling and that amount will be clearly marked in the checkout process.  Or, we may elect to provide a special offer discount coupon to wave shipping and handling.

We make every attempt to ship out orders between 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Based on your ship to address from our fulfillment center may take another 2-4 more business days. You may be given expedited delivery options added to your invoice in the shopping cart.

Complaints and testimonials are welcome and can be placed at orders@SwimVideoCoach.com or through the Contact-Us menu on all other website outlets. It is assumed that any written, audio, or visual testimonial gives us the permission to publish the same on our website sometimes in edited form to save space and on our other marketing materials.
